Head Chef

Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen,including co-ordinating the activities and training for all chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel to ensure a sfae, efficient and profitable service. Maximise the profitability of the Kitchen operation through effective cost controls. Maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst creating a work environment that supports the organisational values.

Commis Chef

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic commis chef who is looking to increase their culinary skills and gain experience within a fine dining kitchen. Ideally, the candidate should have already accrued 2 years basic experience, have their professional cookery course or equivalent. The candidate should demonstrate good core abilities, be well organised and have a passion for cooking.
