Prices and Terms

Our shoots for 2012/13 will be based on a minimum of 4 guns and a minimum of two days shooting.
A 4-gun package is charged at €2,000 per day. Additional guns @ €500 per day, on same basis as above.

This includes all shooting costs, guides, beaters, dogs etc. as well as Full board accommodation including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, (sharing), Single supplements €40 per day
Non-shooting guests €140 per day (sharing)
Firearms certificates €40 per gun

Individual shooters can sometimes be accommodated with ad-hoc groups, so even though you do not have the required minimum of 4 in your party, please call us and register your interest and we will endeavour to match you with a party during the season.

Gun and additional Information;

All guns must have their firearms licensed in their own names and possess a valid hunting permit for the Republic of Ireland. Importing a gun into the country for a shoot can be a little daunting and for that reason we will take care of all of this for you as we have built up quite a bit of experience in importing guns from other EU countries and the US. We do need to get the relevant information from you no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival and you can download the necessary form from http://www.garda.ie/angarda/forms/nonresfirearmsform.pdf 

We can also organise cartridges for you here but these will also need to be ordered in advance. Full and undamaged boxes can be returned after the shoot. Other specialist equipment may also be hired. Please note also that Ryanair and Aer Arann do not accept firearms on their aircraft. if you wish to fly with one of these airlines we can arrange for guns to be transferred from your local firearms dealer to ours here in Galway.

We regularly experience adverse weather conditions on the west coast of Ireland in Winter, so waterproof and thorn-proof jackets and leggings are advisable, along with wellington boots. Please remember that our estate is as nature provides it and the birds are as wild as the terrain, so our guides will do their utmost to make sure you get the best shooting that conditions permit.
