Bernard describes himself as a “practical hands-on businessman”. Before joining XenerGie Consulting Ltd in 2002, Bernard worked for major IT corporations at strategic operational management positions predominantly as EMEA Sales Director.
His vast experience in international business management spanning 7 countries and emphasis on practical applications makes him a resource for human resources management strategy, project team building, executive performance coaching and application of Belbin methodology.
Bernard has recently completed his Msc in Strategic Human Resource Management in the NCI, Dublin.
Lorna McDowell CHC(UK) MMI
Lorna founded XenerGie in 2000 with a vision of “making humans fit for companies and companies fit for humans” following experiences and observations during 14 years in corporate communications, marketing and change management in Europe and the USA.
Prior to setting up XenerGie, she was director of corporate communications at PLAUT International Management Consulting and European Operations Manager at Brodeur Worldwide, where she was responsible for team development and facilitating change during an international merger programme, and held various marketing for Tektronix Europe, Micrografx France and Budget Rent a Car.
More recently she has qualified, and is in practice, as a psychotherapist specializing in hypnotherapy, NLP and counselling, offering a unique skill set combining corporate experience with psycho-therapeutic techniques. Lorna also sits on the council of the Marketing Institute West Region.
