VisionQuest: 3.5 Day Leadership and Teambuilding Course

This course is aimed at those who are in a management or supervisory role where they have to motivate and lead others. It starts with a focus on developing an awareness of self and self-potential and then moves onto the role of self within the company, working through to leadership, change management, teamwork and achieving goals.

VisionQuest draws, in a business context, on the practices of indigenous cultures such as the Native Americans who go into the outdoors to sharpen their awareness in order to make decisions.

Contents include:

Developing self-awareness

Personal effectiveness and life development

Communicating and relating

Team dynamics

Vision building

Goal setting

Managed change

Problem solving

Stress management

The courses includes some outstanding outdoor activities including the award-winning Killary High Ropes Course and a VisionQuest hike in the bogs and mountains of Connemara
